Hiring Drive Starts in Bengaluru

Starlink Satellite Communications Pvt. Ltd. has posted four job vacancies in India. This comes months after the Elon Musk-led company received necessary regulatory approvals. These approvals are key to launching satellite internet services for the world’s largest online population. The job postings are currently live on the SpaceX website’s careers page.

Key Financial Roles Announced

The company is inviting applications for four specific positions. They include:

  • Accounting Manager,
  • Payments Manager,
  • Senior Treasury Analyst, and
  • Tax Manager (India).

All these strategic roles are based in the city of Bengaluru. They will be part of the company’s crucial finance and accounting department.

Focus on Local Talent and On-Site Work

Starlink is specifically seeking an accounting manager based in India. This person will help ensure all financial reporting obligations are met. SpaceX noted this in the job description for the accounting manager role. The new manager will define and scale compliance activities. This is necessary to support all Indian operations. This key role will also manage accounting and reporting. Starlink is prioritizing local applicants for all open positions. The company confirmed that remote or hybrid work is not available for these roles.
