General Agreement

This Disclaimer and Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the website https://bricstimes.in/ and all associated sub-sites (collectively, “The BRICS Times Sites” or “the Sites”) by any person who establishes or accesses a connection (“Account”) for access to and use of the Sites (a “Subscriber” or “User”).

By accessing or using The BRICS Times Sites, the Subscriber agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The right to use the Sites is personal to the Subscriber and is not transferable. The Subscriber is responsible for all use of their Account and for ensuring full compliance with this Agreement.

Ownership of Content

The BRICS Times Sites contain material derived in whole or in part from content supplied by Didwaniya Group, its content partners, various news agencies, and other sources, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Usage Restrictions

The Subscriber may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from The BRICS Times Sites, including text, code, photographs, graphics, software, or video, except where specifically authorized for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Subscriber shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Sites any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of that right. The burden of determining that any material is not protected rests solely with the Subscriber.

Subscriber Conduct

Miscellaneous and Governing Law

Changes to Terms

Indemnification

The Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The BRICS Times and Didwaniya Group, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of the Sites by the Subscriber or their Account.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Khamgaon, Maharashtra, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and try any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Agreement.
