iQOO Neo 11 is rumored to debut with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

The iQOO 15 and iQOO Neo 11 lineup are said to be in the works, though the brand has not officially confirmed their arrival. A fresh leak hints that these upcoming smartphones may pack significant improvements over the older iQOO 13 and iQOO Neo 10 series. As per reports, the iQOO 15 might ship with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 — also expected to launch as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 — while the iQOO Neo 11 could carry the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 11 Pro might rely on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Both series are rumored to come with massive 7,000mAh batteries or even larger.
iQOO 15 Expected Specifications
Reliable tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) has shared details of the iQOO 15, iQOO Neo 11, and iQOO Neo 11 Pro on X (formerly Twitter). According to him, the iQOO 15 could feature an OLED LTPO display with 2K resolution. Reports also suggest that iQOO may use the LIPO process to minimize bezels. Under the hood, the smartphone is likely to pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC, widely speculated to launch under the name Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
For cameras, the device is tipped to boast a triple rear setup with three 50-megapixel sensors. This system may also include a periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Other leaked features include a display chip and an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Battery performance looks impressive too. The iQOO 15 may sport a large 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wireless charging. If true, this will be a noticeable jump from the iQOO 13, which carries a 6,150mAh battery in China and a 6,000mAh unit in India.
iQOO Neo 11 and iQOO Neo 11 Pro Expected Specifications
According to leaks, both iQOO Neo 11 and iQOO Neo 11 Pro will come with premium touches like a metal frame and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Neo 11 Pro is rumored to ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and a flat 2K OLED screen. Meanwhile, the regular iQOO Neo 11 could use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip paired with a 1.5K flat OLED display.
Both models are expected to house a massive 7,000mAh battery, backed by 100W charging support. This marks an upgrade compared to the iQOO Neo 10 series, which offers a smaller 6,100mAh battery but slightly faster 120W charging.
As for availability, the iQOO 15 series may debut in China around October, while the iQOO Neo 11 series could launch before the close of 2025. The iQOO 15 is also speculated to launch alongside the iQOO 15 Pro or iQOO 15 Ultra models.
