Uddhav Thackeray targeted Eknath Shinde without naming him regarding his betrayal. He said Shinde stayed for 25 years but kicked the party after reaching the top.

Political Row Over Palghar Accused
The induction of Kashinath Chaudhary into the BJP has sparked a major controversy in Maharashtra. Chaudhary is an accused in the 2020 Palghar lynching case. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has strongly criticized the BJP and the Mahayuti government. He addressed a gathering of his party workers recently. During this event, he launched a fierce attack on CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis.
Thackeray Demands Apology
Uddhav Thackeray demanded that Devendra Fadnavis apologize to the Hindu community for this decision. He questioned the logic behind inducting Chaudhary. Thackeray asked, “How are all his crimes forgiven today?” He expressed anger over the party welcoming a person linked to the sadhu lynching case.
Attack on Eknath Shinde
Uddhav Thackeray took a dig at Eknath Shinde without directly taking his name. He mentioned that these people stayed with the party for 25 years. They walked with us in the name of Hindutva. We carried them on our shoulders and took them across villages. However, they kicked us after they reached high positions. Thackeray used a sharp tone. He said Delhi used to shake at the sound of Maratha horses. Now, the same people are seen licking boots in Delhi. He called them traitors, not part of the saffron family.
Anger Over Chaudhary’s Induction
Thackeray expressed strong objection to Kashinath Chaudhary joining the BJP. He recalled the time when he was the Chief Minister. Back then, Shiv Sena was labeled anti-Hindu due to the Palghar incident. Now, the same accused has joined the BJP. He asked why the BJP took him if he is guilty. He also asked why he was jailed if he was innocent. Uddhav Thackeray demanded an apology from the BJP for the entire Hindu society. He mocked them saying this is ‘Love Jihad’ for others but ‘Amar Prem’ for BJP.
Allegations of Criminal Links
Thackeray targeted the Modi government and the state government regarding safety and ethics. He said the country is being ruined. Parties are recruiting anyone without proper checks. He alleged that even a drug mafia member was given a ticket for Mayor.
Remembering Balasaheb’s Legacy
Uddhav Thackeray boosted the morale of his Shiv Sainiks. He stated that a person ages by thought, not by years. He reminded them how they stood like a shield with Balasaheb. No one dared to look at them with bad intentions. He said Shiv Sena is alive today because of the workers. He recalled the 1977 Janata Party era. He reminded them how Shiv Sainiks disrupted Morarji Desai’s rally at Shivaji Park on a single signal.
