Tehran has quietly drawn up fresh countermeasures preparing for the possibility of another American military assault as diplomatic channels remain stalled and Washington tightens its grip on Iranian ports.

Tehran Gears Up for a Possible Second US Strike
Iran has prepared a new set of tactical moves in case the United States launches fresh military attacks. An Iranian military source confirmed this, responding to reports about Washington’s renewed strike preparations. The Pentagon has reportedly drawn up a fresh target list inside Iran. This list would be used if President Donald Trump decides to resume offensive operations against the country. Trump, speaking on Sunday, pushed Iran to move faster on a deal warning that time is running out.
“We have prepared new tactical actions and approaches based on our defense-offense doctrine. In terms of weapons and defense capability, we have no problems,” the source stated.

A War That Paused But Never Truly Ended
The United States and Israel began striking targets inside Iran on February 28. The attacks killed more than 3,000 people before a ceasefire was announced on April 8 between Washington and Tehran. Peace talks held in Islamabad afterward ended without any breakthrough. No fresh military action has been reported since but the US has launched a naval blockade of Iranian ports, keeping pressure firmly in place.
