As the public eagerly awaits the Opposition’s Bihar Mahagathbandhan Seat-Sharing formula, state Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru stated that discussions are underway to finalize the allocation.

Focus on Mahagathbandhan’s Strategy
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has already declared its seat-sharing arrangement. Now, attention has shifted completely to the Mahagathbandhan grouping’s plan. They will soon reveal how they will contest the Bihar Assembly elections.

Congress Discussing Seat Allocation
People are waiting for the Opposition’s Bihar Mahagathbandhan Seat-Sharing formula. State Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru confirmed that talks are continuing. This is necessary to finalize the specific seat allocation. A complete list will be published after these discussions.
Alliance Aims for Strong Government
Allavaru spoke to the news agency ANI about the ongoing process. “Our effort is to form a good government for the people of Bihar,” he said. “This must happen without any loss to the alliance and to the benefit of Bihar. The talks are ongoing,” he confirmed.
Announcement Expected Soon
The top leadership of the Mahagathbandhan in Bihar is expected to unveil their seat-sharing plan shortly. Congress leader Manoj Kumar reportedly hinted at an announcement date. He indicated that the formula might be released this Tuesday.

Faith in Top Leadership
“We have full faith in our leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav,” Kumar was quoted saying by ANI. “We request that they finalise and announce the seat-sharing arrangement as soon as possible,” he added.
No Unnecessary Delay
The Congress leader assured that speculation about a delay is unfounded. He stated, “our leaders hold meetings to ensure there is no injustice (against party leaders).” He further added that the seat-sharing formula could be disclosed by October 14.
NDA’s Seat Division
These remarks followed the NDA’s seat-sharing announcement on Sunday. The BJP and JDU, led by CM Nitish Kumar, each got 101 seats. Rashtriya Lok Morcha of Upendra Kushwaha and Jitan Ram Manjhi’s HAM each secured six seats. Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas) received 29 seats.

Election Schedule
The Election Commission announced the schedule last week. Elections for the 243-seat Bihar Legislative Assembly will occur in two phases. These are set for November 6 and November 11. Results are scheduled for November 14.
New Political Entrant
Apart from the ruling NDA and the Opposition Mahagathbandhan, a new contender will participate. Prashant Kishor and his party, Jan Suraaj, will also be in the election fray.
