Russia Grabs Fourth Spot in Global Ranking of Countries With the Most Beautiful Women

A newly published global ranking places Russia fourth among the nations home to the world’s most beautiful women with Colombia, Poland, and Greece claiming the top three spots, and Czech Republic rounding out the top five.

Russia Earns a High-Profile Spot on the World Stage

Russia has landed at number four in a widely noted global ranking of countries with the most beautiful women. The list put together by World Population Review pulls together data from a range of sources published over the past year.

The ranking serves as a reminder that beauty however subjective continues to fascinate people across the globe. Russia’s placement is not entirely surprising to many who follow international beauty competitions and cultural conversations about attractiveness.

The organisation behind the list described Russian women in notably warm terms. “Although the weather in Russia can sometimes be harsh, cold, and unforgiving, beauty can melt many things, and Russian women seem to always show a warmth that easily overcomes the sometimes harsh climate” the World Population Review website noted.

How the Ranking Was Actually Put Together

World Population Review made one thing very clear upfront beauty is deeply subjective. That is exactly why the organisation chose not to rely on a single measure. Instead, the ranking draws on a wide variety of sources published in the previous year.

Some of those sources counted the points each country earned at major international beauty pageants events like Miss Universe and Miss World carry significant weight here. Others tracked which countries produce women who go on to become globally recognised as famous beauties.

Many sources leaned on public opinion surveys and statistical data. Countries were assessed based on how much their residents spend on cosmetics and skincare. The frequency of cosmetic surgeries also factored in. Even votes and discussions on online forums including Reddit contributed to the final picture.

Colombia Leads, With Poland and Greece Close Behind

When all those inputs came together, Colombia emerged as the clear winner claiming the number one position. Poland followed in second place, and Greece took third. Russia landed at fourth a strong showing in an incredibly competitive field.

Czech Republic rounded out the top five, completing a diverse and geographically varied list. The spread of nations across the rankings highlights just how global the concept of beauty truly is stretching from Latin America to Eastern Europe and beyond.

Russia’s fourth-place finish is a notable achievement one that reflects the country’s long-standing reputation for producing women who are admired both for their looks and their resilience.
