Former MLA Bachchu Kadu urged farmers not to commit suicide but to adopt a stronger approach against their legislators. Minister Sanjay Shirsat strongly criticized this comment, leading to a heated exchange.

Controversial Remarks in Buldhana’s Paturda Village
Former MLA Bachchu Kadu gave a significant and controversial statement while addressing farmers in Maharashtra’s Paturda village, Buldhana district. He appealed to farmers to take a stronger approach towards legislators instead of resorting to suicide, sharply increasing the political heat. Maharashtra Minister Sanjay Shirsat severely criticized this remark, asking him to avoid provoking the farmers.
Kadu Urges Direct Action
The leader of the Prahar Janshakti Party from Amravati district addressed a gathering. He suggested farmers should directly target legislators if they want the government to quickly resolve their issues. He said they should adopt a forceful approach against them instead of ending their own lives.
Bachchu Kadu’s Statement: ‘Why Commit Suicide? Target the Legislator’
Bachchu Kadu allegedly stated, “Why commit suicide? Target the legislator, confront them. Farmers should sit without clothes in front of the legislator’s residence and urinate. If all this is done, the government will get back on track.” Following the video of this statement going viral, Shiv Sena leader and Minister Sanjay Shirsat challenged Kadu to implement his words rather than just inciting the farmers.
‘Does Bachchu Kadu Want Farmers to Commit Crimes?’- Sanjay Shirsat
Sanjay Shirsat responded, “Bachchu Kadu should do all this himself. Does he want farmers to commit more crimes and have cases registered against them by provoking them? He should control his language. Farmers are already in crisis due to the floods and rain in September. Does Kadu want them to commit crimes?”
