Addressing a rally in Bhojpur, JP Nadda asserted that ‘Jungle Raj’ defines the RJD. He credited Nitish Kumar for shifting Bihar from the ‘Lantern’ to the ‘LED’ era, noting the state’s swift progress on the development path.

Nadda Slams Opposition and Praises Bihar’s Growth
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President J.P. Nadda addressed a public meeting in Bhojpur on Tuesday, November 4th. This occurred amid the Bihar Assembly elections. He launched a sharp attack on the opposition parties. Nadda also praised the development achieved under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. Nadda stated, “Jungle Raj, Gunda Raj, and kidnapping are the identity of RJD.” He contrasted this with today’s Bihar, which is rapidly moving on the track of development.
He mentioned that Bihar was plunged into darkness 20 years ago. At that time, there was no electricity, and law and order were in disarray. However, the state is now establishing a new identity of progress. This is due to Nitish Kumar’s hard work. “This is the golden age of Bihar. It marks the start of a bright future,” he declared.
JP Nadda Appeals to the Public
Nadda appealed to the people to view this election as a choice for development and stability. He asserted that Bihar’s development vehicle is now firmly on track. He added that it is now advancing swiftly. “Do not stop it; you must strengthen it,” he urged. “We have journeyed from the lantern to the LED in Bihar. Today is the LED era.”
The BJP President further elaborated on the change. He recalled that 20 years ago, people would pay generators 10 rupees. This was to charge their mobile phones because there was no home electricity. Now, villages have electricity for 23 to 24 hours. He also added that young YouTubers are emerging in Bihar’s villages. This is because the Modi government connected over 5,000 Panchayats to the internet.
Focus on Women Empowerment
Nadda highlighted schemes of the Modi and state governments. He mentioned the Women’s Employment Scheme. Under this, women in Bihar received financial aid of ₹10,000. He promised that after the NDA government forms, ₹2 lakh will be deposited in the accounts of Bihar’s women. This will help them become self-reliant. It will also connect them with self-employment opportunities.
Targeting the Opposition
Nadda stated that the RJD government was synonymous with fear, corruption, and kidnapping. He contrasted this by saying the current government symbolizes development, good governance, and stability. He criticized the opposition for engaging only in caste and dynastic politics. In contrast, the BJP believes in public service and development politics.
