The United States Pentagon has revised upward the death toll from its military operation against Iran codenamed “Epic Fury” to 14 people. The update came quietly through the Pentagon’s own internal casualty tracking system, without any formal announcement or press briefing. Just days earlier, the official count stood at 13.

The operation itself has already been declared over. President Donald Trump formally notified Congress that “Epic Fury” had concluded, and the final American airstrikes on Iran took place earlier this week.
