Oppo Find X9, Find X9 Pro Battery and Charging Details
Oppo’s Product Manager Zhou Yibao revealed that the standard Oppo Find X9 will house a massive 7,025mAh “glacier” battery (translated from Chinese). Meanwhile, the Pro variant will feature an even larger 7,500mAh battery. The Find X9 series is also set to adopt cold carving technology and will launch in a titanium finish option.
Both smartphones will sport a flat display with ultra-thin and evenly balanced bezels on all four sides. The brand also claims a major leap in video performance compared to the previous generation.
Oppo confirmed that the Find X9 lineup will ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. The new software build brings several fresh features inspired by Apple’s ecosystem. During the showcase, the executive even demonstrated pairing the Oppo Find X9 with AirPods 4.
The upcoming devices will carry displays made of a new eye-friendly material and also offer an anti-motion sickness mode designed for smoother viewing experiences. On top of that, Oppo has once again partnered with Hasselblad to fine-tune the camera system.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the vanilla Oppo Find X9 will feature a slim 7.9mm frame and weigh about 203g. The Pro model, on the other hand, is expected to measure 8.25mm in thickness with a weight of nearly 224g. Both phones are tipped to include support for 80W wired fast charging.
The base Oppo Find X9 is likely to feature a 6.59-inch flat LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it could run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset and also integrate an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.
