Akasa Air confirmed cancellations for flights to the Middle East. Destinations like Jeddah, Kuwait, and Abu Dhabi face disruptions. Tracking data shows the ash covered parts of Pakistan and India. It crossed Yemen and Oman on Tuesday.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) tracked the ash clouds. They stated the clouds are drifting towards China. The ash should move away from India by Tuesday evening. Forecasts showed influence over Gujarat, Delhi-NCR, and Rajasthan.

IndiGo assured passengers of full support. They said, “Our 6E teams are available across all touchpoints to support you with any assistance you may need.” SpiceJet also warned that ash in the Arabian Peninsula could impact flights.
