Crores of farmers across the country wait all year for the next PM Kisan Samman Nidhi installment. Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 21st installment from Coimbatore. Money has reached farmers directly through the DBT system. Over 9 crore farmers have received the benefits of this recent installment.

However, like every time, some farmers have been left out this time too. If money has not reached your account after the release, do not worry. You just need to know what steps to take if the funds are missing.

First Do This If The Installment Is Missing

The government has set specific eligibility rules for farmers in the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. Farmers receive money only based on these criteria. Many farmers have not completed their e-KYC yet. This might be the reason why their installment is stuck. Aadhaar linking is also very important. If your Aadhaar is not linked to your bank, money will not transfer. In many cases, it is found that farmers do not get their land verification done.

This process confirms if the beneficiary actually owns cultivable land or not. If land verification is incomplete, the installment is stopped immediately. Sometimes payment gets stuck due to wrong information filled in the form. This not only stops the installment but might lead to an investigation. Some farmers are removed from the list for being ineligible. Therefore, first find out exactly why you did not get the installment.

Here Is How To Get Help If Money Did Not Come

If you feel everything is complete and money is still missing, you can seek help. You can call the scheme helpline numbers 155261 and 011-24300606. Explain your problem there and ask for your current status. There is also a helpdesk option available on the official portal. You can submit your issue by entering your registration number and mobile number.

If writing down the issue seems easier to you, send an email. You can send a mail to pmkisan-ict@gov.in. The government checks every complaint and resolves payment issues on priority. So, if 2000 rupees did not come to your account, these methods can solve it.
