Dean McFarlane, a London Underground worker, was an eyewitness. He described a bleeding passenger aboard as the train pulled in. After the train stopped, he saw several people running down the platform bleeding, BBC reported. He mentioned one man in a white shirt who was “completely covered in blood.” He also provided aid to some passengers experiencing panic attacks.
