This conflict was between two nuclear-armed nations. The US President mentioned that “seven new, beautiful” aircraft were shot down during the fighting. As usual, he did not specify which country’s planes were destroyed.
Tariffs Stopped Wars, Says Trump
Donald Trump addressed American troops in Japan. He stated national security benefitted from the wars he stopped. “All of them were due to tariffs,” he claimed. “Truthfully, I did a great service to the world through trade and tariffs.” He then referred to the situation, saying, “If you look at India and Pakistan, they were going at it at that time.”
