The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has intensified its probe into the Delhi terror attack. They arrested four more individuals on Thursday. These arrests connect directly to the deadly car bombing.

New Arrests in Investigation
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested four more prime accused on Thursday. They are linked to the November 10 Red Fort car blast. This brings the total arrests in the case to six. The NIA took custody of them in Srinagar. This followed production orders from the Patiala House court.
The accused include Dr Muzammil Shakeel Ganai and Dr Adeel Ahmed Rather. Dr Shaheen Saeed and Mufti Irfan Ahmad Wagay were also arrested. The agency states they played a key role in the terror attack. This attack killed innocent people and injured many others.
Previous Arrests and Confrontation
The NIA is moving fast with its probe. They had earlier arrested two other accused. One is Amir Rashid Ali. The car used in the blast was registered in his name. The other is Jasir Bilal Wani, also known as Danish. He provided technical aid to the terrorist involved.
Officers will confront the four new accused with those arrested earlier. The agency wants to connect all the dots. “Their interrogation is continuing as part of NIA’s efforts to unravel the complete terror conspiracy in the case RC-21/2025/NIA/DLI,” said the NIA.
Tracking the Terror Module
The Union Home Ministry handed the case to the anti-terror agency soon after the attack. They are working closely with various state police forces. The goal is to track every member of the terrorist module.
The blast occurred around 7 pm on November 10. It happened in a moving Hyundai i20 car. A total of 15 people died. Over two dozen others suffered injuries in the incident. The alleged suicide bomber was Umar Un Nabi.
Forensic Evidence and Leads
The NIA took over the case the next day. They launched a massive search operation. Amir allegedly came to Delhi to buy the car. The terrorists used it as a vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (IED). The NIA forensically identified the deceased driver as Umar Un Nabi. He was an Assistant Professor at Al Falah University in Faridabad.
The agency seized another vehicle belonging to Nabi. Experts are examining it for evidence. The NIA has examined 73 witnesses so far. They are pursuing multiple leads to find everyone involved in the Red Fort blast case arrests.
