WhatsApp now lets you generate AI images for your status updates. The company introduced a new AI-powered feature for Status updates. This function helps users create their desired photo using artificial intelligence. They can then set the new image as their WhatsApp Status. Currently, the feature is only available to selected users. It will become accessible to all users in the upcoming weeks. This feature is reportedly launching for both Android and iOS devices.
Image Creation from Text Prompts
This new tool operates on Meta’s advanced generative technology. Users need to provide a text prompt to create an image. After the prompt is entered, an image will be generated. Users can easily share this resulting picture on their Status. Creating a Status image this way is very simple. Let’s look at the step-by-step process.
Here is the Simple Method
Open WhatsApp and go to the “Updates” tab to set a new Status. Tap on the “AI Images” option visible on the Status screen. A text box will then appear. Write your desired prompt inside this box to generate the image. Send the prompt, and Meta AI will show you several images based on it. Select your preferred image from the choices. If you do not like any image or wish to edit one, submit a new or related editing prompt. A new picture will then be created. Choose your favorite image and customize it with captions, stickers, or text. Finally, tap the “Send” button. The image will be uploaded to your WhatsApp Status immediately. Other users will then be able view your new Status.
