The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that the Oppo Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will launch on October 16. Ahead of the reveal, fresh leaks have dropped online, shedding light on what buyers can expect from the upcoming flagship. A well-known tipster has detailed several Oppo Find X9 specifications, giving enthusiasts a closer look at its display, performance, and camera setup. Recently, an Oppo executive also teased some official images and features, which further hint at the device’s design and power-packed hardware.

Oppo Find X9 Display and Processor Details

According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo (translated from Chinese), an unnamed device with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset matches the Oppo Find X9. As per reports, the phone could flaunt a 6.59-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, slim bezels, and a unique “R-angle” curve design. Performance-wise, the smartphone is expected to ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with a massive 7,025mAh battery.

Camera Setup Expected on Oppo Find X9

Leaks suggest that the handset might carry a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. On the back, the Oppo Find X9 is said to sport a quad-camera module. This includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT808 primary lens, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultrawide sensor, a Sony LYT600 periscope telephoto shooter with f/2.6 aperture, and a 2-megapixel “multi-spectral” lens. Some reports also mention that the series could house a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto rear camera with a 70mm focal length, paired with Hasselblad branding for enhanced photography.

Another major highlight is the inclusion of what Oppo calls the “first-ever 1-nit All-Scenes 1 nit Eye Protection Screen,” offering advanced display safety. Both models are expected to run Android 16-based ColorOS 16 out of the box.

Images shared by the company reveal that the Oppo Find X9 series will sport a square-shaped Hasselblad-branded quad-rear camera module with an LED flash. The phones appear to feature a metallic frame, flat back panel, and buttons placed on the right edge. Both the Pro and the standard model look similar in design. As for colors, the Oppo Find X9 will launch in Velvet Titanium, Frost White, and Mist Black, while the Pro edition will be available in Velvet Titanium and Frost White.
